Course structure:
- Theory/history of taping: we break down the skin into levels and see how, depending on the degree of tension, you can control the depth of work: lymphatic level (applications for puffiness), muscle level (applications for relaxation or toning to address skin creases or lifting).
- Techniques for applying tape for all possible concerns—forehead wrinkles, frown lines, nasolabial folds, double chin, under-eye wrinkles, etc.

This oil is honestly a total all-rounder. My skin is dry and sensitive, but my nose area gets oily with visible pores — and somehow this oil handles both.
