The bonus step is €100.
You earn €5 for every €100 spent.
If you spend €230, we’ll add €10.
If you spend €370, you’ll get €15.
Do bonuses expire?
Yes. Bonuses can be used within 365 days from the purchase date.
How many bonuses can I use at once?
You can use any amount of bonuses. To apply them, log in to your account.
Can I invite myself instead of a friend and get the bonus?
Not this time 🙂
You earn €5 for every €100 you spend, and €5 for each friend you invite.
These bonuses can be combined, and that’s way more rewarding than trying to cheat.
Is shipping included in the €100 step?
No. Shipping is not included.
The €100 is calculated based on the products only.
If I receive a gift card, will I earn bonuses from it?
No. Bonuses for gift card purchases are credited to the person who bought the gift card, not the recipient.
Are bonuses credited instantly?
No. Bonuses are credited 7 days after:
– your friend’s order (referral program), or
– your own order (loyalty program).
You can always see pending and credited bonuses in your account.
If my friend has already ordered from CREAMLY, can they still get 10% off via my referral link?
No. If your friend has already placed an order, they’re already part of both programs.
The referral program works only for new customers.
How do I use my accumulated bonuses?
Log in to your account and click “Apply”.
You’ll receive a discount code by email, which you can use at checkout.
